I downloaded Ninject to use with MvcExtensions and I see that it comes with its own implementation of CSL.

Shouldn't we try to use an adapter that comes with the IOC library itself rather than re-implementing it?  I know there isn't much of an implementation detail but still that seems like the right approach.

Well in that case there would one more dll that you have to refer, which I was trying to avoid. Beside that the Adapter plays two more role service registration and service injection which the csl version does not have the support.

Fair enough - I do get the one more assembly argument although I don't agree with you.  NinjectAdapter could also certainly derive from the NinjectServiceLocator that ships with Ninject to implement the extra two interface/methods.

In principal, I'd have the original author of the IOC tool maintain the CSL adapter.  But I respect your decision to keep it all in the house and like I said there isn't much to implement to begin with I guess.

Thanks for your explanation.
